MEET THE ARTIST

I moved to Alberta from Ontario in 2021. I studied graphic design at Mohawk College in Ontario. After graduating, I worked in promotional advertising for 25 years, serving as a production artist and business owner.  

I obtained a business management certification at McMaster University. Additionally, I learned web design and psychology.

I studied at the Old Masters Painting School in Hamilton, Ontario for three years. While there, I was instructed in the original methods of portrait painting (the Old Masters’ style).

As an artist, I capture the light, energy, and life of her subjects through highly detailed and skilled depictions. My goal is to paint Western Canadian animals and landscapes using the Old Masters’ techniques I learned.
